Will I get a confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with an order number in it. This confirmation signifies that your order was successfully placed over our secure connection. We will process your order as soon as we receive it, and contact you by phone or e-mail if there is any problem with your order. If you don’t get an e-mail confirmation within four hours, it could be due to web traffic congestion. You can always call us at 1-800-303-4385 to make sure we received your order.

Will my credit card information be safe online?
Yes, our site uses SSL (secure socket layer) technology to ensure your information is seen only by us. All of your information stays in our files, and we never rent or sell information gathered from online orders.

What is your cancellation policy?
If your order has not been sent, you can cancel it at any time. However, if your flowers are on their way to you, we cannot cancel it.

When will my flowers arrive?
Kaua`i Tropicals ships via Federal Express, Monday through Thursday, either next day or two-day delivery. We can ship on Friday to the West Coast but there is an additional $10.00 FedEx charge. If you need further information on your delivery date, please contact us at 1-800-303-4385.

How will my flowers arrive?
Your flowers will arrive unarranged, as a mixed bouquet with stems cut at differing lengths. Just put them in a vase (see Flower Care for instructions).

What credit cards do you accept?
Orders can be placed with either Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

When will the charges show up on my credit card statement?
Charges will appear when we ship your order.

When do I have to place my order so that it can be shipped on the same day?
Kaua`i Tropicals has to receive your order by 7:00am Hawaiian Standard Time for shipment the same day, or 2:00pm for next day delivery. We cannot guarantee next day delivery if your order reaches us after 2:00pm, but we will try our best to get it out for you immediately.

What is your cleaning process?
You can be assured we comply by Hawai`i State law in regards to the cleanliness of your flowers. We clean our flowers thoroughly by hand in water with a little antibacterial biodegradable hand soap mixed in. We pride ourselves on the fact that we use no chemicals on our tropicals.

Is international shipping available?
At this time we only ship to Canada.

How long will my flowers last?
Tropical flowers are extremely durable. However, some flowers have a longer vase life than others. In most cases, your beautiful arrangement should last about two weeks. Climate may affect the vase life.
